Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Currently, we are providing free shipping service on all orders throughout Pakistan.

2. Shipping Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pakistan time) may be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please Note: While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

We currently do not ship to remote locations where service is unavailable. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order. We also do not ship outside Pakistan.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
